Bought my first bike here last year, they were super helpful as I didn't know much about bikes and needed a lot of help. I told them I was hesitant to spend much money because I wasn't sure how much I'd get into it (I ended up becoming obsessed with biking), so instead of taking advantage of my naivety, they gave me a really good deal on a discontinued previous year's model which they pulled up for me from the basement. Cut to a year later, I brought my bike in to have some adjustments to the fitting and they remembered my name almost a year later and adjusted the bike free of charge. Really great community bike shop, awesome people, highly recommend.
