We have called the company multiple times daily to get in touch & find out when they will be coming back out with our replacement window for our dining room. No answer, no machine, nothing. It's been almost 2 months now since we first discussed with them the problems & asked for someone to come out. 3 weeks after our first phone call- the contractor came out & measured the window & said they would replace it. Haven't heard from them since! We have a 10 year warranty with them on the windows & we can't even get them to answer their freaking phones! Horrible customer service! Will never use them again- let alone suggest them to someone else!

Poor quality. Ordered vinyl replacement windows and glass block windows with vents. The vents were poorly thought out and the corners would break off. I told them about it. They did nothing. Severeal years later I needed more and found out they still use the same bad design. No thanks. For a while they offered replacement services as well as the windows. The cost for replacing was almost double that of a window contractor.
