The designers know very little about their products, even though there are few products in the store. We came from out of state and they wasted a lot of our time. 1) told us one floor piece was 40℅ off which we then made a decision to purchase. 10 minutes later she said it was actually a different sofa (one we did not like). 2) I emailed them before coming into the store with what we had in mind and a different designer sent me something back that was ten thousand dollars higher than our budget which i told her several times. 3) upon our second visit to the store that weekend we thought we decided on a sectional. The price was a little higher than what we anticipated to spend but overall we were okay with that. The owner then told us the designers messed up our quote and put the incorrect fabric price. The quote increased a little more than 10℅. Big waste of our time. 4) the designer that was trying to help us was a kitchen designer and she admittedly said she didn't know what she was doing. Someone should always be in the store to help people so things like this don't happen. The staff needs training on their products.
