This is my favorite shop in the city. The entire staff is super friendly and respectful, and they do a great job. I have never felt uncomfortable or talked down to, which is a rarity as a female cyclist. Jon, the manager, is very thorough, responsive and just a cool dude in general. Cannot recommend enough. Don't get intimidated by the Italian name and fancy racing bikes in the window, this shop is for everyone.

Great selection of bikes and accessories. Everything seemed to be of incredibly high quality and the shop was pristine but the "service" was terrible. Staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than even trying to help me. Seemed very pompous. I'm surprised, I expected to be more welcome given neighborhood vibe
