FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Monday, July 17, 2023 Contact: Hannah Lee Flath, hannahlee.flath@sierraclub.org , 860-634-0225 Friends of the Chicago River and Sierra Club Illinois Intend to Sue Trump International for Additional Clean Water Act Violations CHICAGO, IL. -- Friends of the Chicago River and Sierra Club Illinois have served a Notice of Intent (NOI) to sue Trump International for additional violations of the federal Clean Water Act and the facility's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
