Some believe former Ohio State and current Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields is primed for a breakout, potentially MVP-type season for 2023-2024. He showed an ability to be an electric playmaker on the ground midway through last season, and that figures to be a threat against defenses this year. Add that ability on the ground to now having much better weapons around him, most notably receiver D.J. Moore, and a year of seasoning, and many believe Fields' passing ability will take a major step forward as well.
